So what exactly is a Halloween Dress Rehearsal Party? Well, we know how much Halloween means to so many people in our area. And we know you're probably already booked with plans for Halloween. So we figured that you'd want a good excuse to try out your costume a week early, see how it fits, see how it looks, get your picture taken with some cool vehicles and Professional Cosplay SUPERSTARS, get lots of CANDY CANDY CANDY, and maybe find something new for your collection!
